Your responsibilities:

• Fully in charge of all food related matters at the property with its five restaurants incl. two fine dining outlets
• Leading and developing a team of 50+ co-workers
• Menu and recipe design
• In charge for the department budget and assuring a profitable operation
• Cost control and quality assurance
• Guest interaction along with complaint management
• Culinary counterpart for all departments (especially Sales), co-workers and guests
• Active role in the daily operation
• HACCP and SOP creation
• Report to General Manager

Your requirements:

• Significant international experience at 5* hotel resort
• Highest food and product standards
• Ability to manage a multi outlet operation with several POS
• Pro-active leading mindset and out-of-the-box attitude
• Familiar with management of multi-national teams
• Fluent English skill, every additional language would be an advantage
• Schengen work permit and relocation to Cyprus are mandatory
